What is a worksheet for children about?

Children often find it hard to share what they feel and express their emotions. The worksheet will help your children to understand how different emotions are expressed so that they can learn about emotional regulation. This worksheet is all about naming expressions and the reasons behind those emotions. 

How will a worksheet for children  help?

This worksheet will help you to interpret emotions through pictures which will help them to regulate their emotions. It will make them more about their own emotions. 

Instructions on how to use a worksheet for children.

Ask your child to write down whatever comes in their mind. They will have to name the emotion given in the picture and answer the three questions mentioned below.
