Thought  balancing is a technique used in psychotherapy to decrease the negative thinking pattern. It teaches balanced thinking. It also lowers frustration and anxiety that arise due to negative irrational thoughts.

This worksheet will help you to identify the situation that triggers your thoughts. It will help you to identify your hot thought on which you need to work.  

Instructions on how to use the Thought balancing worksheet.

Write down the situations then write down your thoughts. Think and write evidence for and against those thoughts. It will help you to dispute that though by writing the one with the most evidence against it.
