Cognitive behavioural therapy helps people change disruptive thoughts patterns that impact their behaviours in a negative way. It mainly focuses on the thoughts and feelings that arise due to an event, these thoughts are produced due to the underlying beliefs a person has made throughout his life. These beliefs need to be targeted and changed for a successful therapy.

This worksheet will help you to analyze your automatic thoughts that arise due to an event, the negative thoughts and feelings will be explored due to an event, the behaviours and consequences of those behaviours when written down will make you connect the link between these thoughts and consequences.
