What is Suicidal Thoughts: Safety Plan Cards Worksheet? 

Suicide refers to the state of mind in which you become so depressed that you think about taking your life. It is another verge of hopelessness and despair that you stop seeing any ray of hope, During the times of complete hopelessness, you try to attempt suicide. For, such days you need a safety plan, which is a contingency plan that you make to avoid any crises and emergency situations if you are somebody who is at the risk of attempting suicide, self-harm, or mental breakdown. You make a safety plan to deal with that situation beforehand. It is a written set of instructions to be followed at the time of emergency. It will have a series of gradually escalating steps that you will follow, proceeding from one step to the next, until you are safe.
