What is the Schema modes worksheet about?

Scheme modes are the emotional states and coping responses that are shown by an individual to cope with certain situations. The coping modes are activated by situations to which we are very sensitive and these modes are activated by life events and specific situations. And also a person goes from one mode to another. There are 10 schema modes but are grouped into four general categories.

This worksheet will help you to learn 10 categories of four general schema codes. After learning this it will help you to think and write which specific situation makes you feel to use a particular mode as a coping strategy.
