When people have irrational beliefs, they usually do not function well in life and develop unhealthy beliefs. The worksheet will help you in changing all such irrational beliefs.

Instructions on using REBT Worksheet A refer to the activating event, the situation, or the triggering factor; B stands for the belief.  C stands for Consequences, which may be behavioral or emotional. Fill out this worksheet and answer each column.
