What is the REBT ABC Model about?

Rational emotive behavioral therapy is derived from cognitive behavioral therapy that aims at changing your dispositional beliefs into rational ones.  The worksheet will help you in changing your irrational thoughts and developing healthy new beliefs and thoughts.

How will the REBT ABC Model help?

This worksheet will help you in changing your irrational beliefs into rational beliefs. Usually,  there’s a triggering or activating event that leads to dysfunctional consequences. The worksheet will help you in identifying all such triggers and beliefs that are hindrances.
