What is My Fears Worksheet?

This worksheet is for children who often find it hard to identify their fears and not cope effectively. The first step towards any treatment or recovery is acceptance. By accepting and exploring your fears, you will establish how your body and mind react towards fearful situations or things that aggravate your worries.

How My Fears Worksheet will help?

This worksheet will make your child aware of his/her feelings, which will eventually help them avoid those reactions that lead them to fearful situations or aggravate their fear. This will help your child create a safe niche to avoid coming face to face with their anxiety.
