Internal and external Triggers worksheet is about spotting and finding out such factors that aggravate you to react emotionally. Triggers are any stimulus or factor that makes you react, they are unique and personal, they vary individually, what might be a trigger for you, might not be a trigger for somebody else.  Triggers are reminders from our past that put us in distressing thoughts, internal or external. They can be anything or any factor from our past, places, people, emotions, and behavior that can cause distress. They can take you to the past in just a minute.
