What is a Helicopter View CBT Worksheet?

The Helicopter View’ is used as a metaphor in Cognitive-behavioral Therapy to help you to see the bigger picture. When something happens, and you get stuck in a situation where you don’t seem to find a solution, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the view from above, just like a birds-eye view from the top, to put things in perspective. When you are emotionally or physically too attached and invested in any particular situation,  you tend to miss out on obvious things and get carried away with your emotions. This worksheet will help you to see the situation.
