What is the Fear Hierarchy Worksheet?

Fear hierarchy worksheet is one of the techniques used in systematic desensitization, to treat anxiety and phobias. In this technique, you are supposed to face your fears one by one gradually but first, you have to create a list of hierarchy of the things that invoke fear in you. After creating a list of anxiety-producing situations, the triggers that cause you stress and provoke fear will be presented to you one by one in steps.  This will help you to face your fears and deal with them.
