What is ERP Therapy Worksheet?

Exposure-response prevention, ERP is basically a type of graded exposure, which is a technique of cognitive-behavioral therapy in which you are exposed to your fears in the hierarchy. The basic idea is to gradually expose yourself to the feared situation in a way that allows you to control your fear at each step without causing any threat or danger. You face your fears and let the obsessions keep coming to your mind while not doing and engaging in any compulsions and acts.
