Take a blank sheet with a picture of the thermometer on it, divide the thermometer into three sections. At the start and the end, write 1-10 (1 showing no emotion and 10 showing the most severe of the feelings), and report the symptoms you feel with every number. (E,g Sad at 10- Isolating yourself).
