Emotion-focused therapy cycle is about how we interact with the people we love. Sometimes we interact in a way that is not healthy and we get into a negative cycle that is like a negative infinity loop and it keeps spinning and affecting our relationship. When couples or families are caught in this cycle it is really hard to stop it so the first step is to understand how the cycle is operating and that is explained in the worksheet after writing it down you will be able to spot your negative cycle.

This worksheet will help you to understand the EFT cycle. It will help you to see how your behaviors and your partner’s behavior are interlinked and give rise to emotional reactions and unmet needs.
