What is a Denial Patterns Worksheet?

Many people who suffer from different problems sometimes do not believe that there is an actual problem in their life and even if they believe that they have issues they are not ready to accept them. Denial is mostly the first reaction of blocking hurtful and painful memories and events of a human being. It is an unconscious way of avoiding anything that evokes painful and traumatic memories. Living with such people may be hard because they don't focus on their problems and their solutions; instead they keep on denying the fact about the problems and their sufferings.  Different set patterns make them believe their statements; these set patterns are denial patterns that include avoidance manipulation, blaming, and comparison.

How will the Denial Patterns worksheet help?

This Denial pattern worksheet will help you in assessing denial patterns and will allow you to help the person going through the phase of denial. It will  make you see the actual problem. The worksheet will help you to break through the denial pattern and to get through it.
