What is the Core belief Worksheet Beck about?

This worksheet is about core beliefs  that are the beliefs upon which our thinking operates and we shape our behaviors. These core beliefs are based on our past experiences that may or may not be true in the present situation. These are the foundation of our belief system and according to which we see our world, others, and ourselves. These beliefs act as a lens to filter out daily incoming information.

How will Core belief Worksheet Beck help?

This worksheet will help you to challenge your core beliefs by writing the evidence for and against the core beliefs. Sometimes while you are in a situation you may have a belief that the situation is, even more, worse than it actually is, there is no evidence for it, but you still believe it. But after digging down into the evidence you can easily recognize that it is not true and you can give up on holding that belief.
