On this page, we will provide you with a cognitive brain therapy worksheet, which will help you to focus on the cognitions your brain holds.

What is the cognitive brain therapy worksheet about?

Cognitive brain therapy lets you focus on your cognitions that you have created from a set of beliefs over a long period of time and that you find true no matter what the situation is, the cognitions about the self, about others about the world, and about the future are the four main types that a person holds. Any error in these cognitions creates a disturbance in a person’s behavior and attitude.

How will cognitive brain therapy worksheets help?

This worksheet will help you to see the core beliefs that you have made until now and that is creating a disturbance. It will help you to see what core beliefs you have for others, for the future, and for yourself in general.
