What is a  CBT Self-help Worksheet

Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a psychotherapy that changes negative maladaptive thoughts into positive and healthy alternative thoughts. Cognitive-behavioral therapists believe that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion) and how we act (behavior) all are interlinked. In particular, our thoughts decide our emotions and our behavior. This worksheet will help you to know how you can develop alternating thoughts.
