What is the CBT ABC Model Worksheet?

The model was devised by Albert Ellis, it is a basic technique of CBT, which is most widely used to treat depression. , according to him, irrational beliefs lead to unhealthy emotional or behavioral outcomes. A refers to the activating event, the situation, or the triggering factor; B stands for the belief.  C stands for Consequences, which may be behavioral or emotional.
