What is an Anxiety iceberg worksheet about?

This anxiety iceberg is a metaphor that is used to understand anxiety at a deeper level, just like an iceberg has different layers to it and is so deep, anxiety is merely a manifestation of pent-up emotion that is repressed under the iceberg. Anxiety is a state where a person feels a rush of emotions that they can not handle and may express certain behavior/behaviors to decrease that anxiety. Anxiety iceberg is about how a person feels under the anxious state, how many emotions are hidden underneath a behavior.
