Anxiety is a cyclic process.There is a fear or negative thoughts regarding an event.when actual events occur that fear leads to many undesired feelings body symptoms and behaviors which negatively reinforce that fear for future events.In this way anxiety maintains its occurrence in a person's life.To break this cycle we need to work on the basics e.g negative thoughts that leads to negative behavior. We have to address each level of a cycle to reduce the anxiety.
