Take a blank sheet with a picture of the thermometer on it, divide the thermometer into 3 sections. At the start and the end, write 1-10,1 showing no anger and 10 showing extreme anger, and report the symptoms you feel with every number. (E,g Angry at 10- Feel like hitting).
