The ACT Matrix is a form of graphical intervention that is used for learning acceptance and commitment therapy.  it is not only a technique but also a helpful method to apply acceptance and commitment and to increase psychological flexibility to word not only one's own self but the outer world as well.

This worksheet is helpful in providing the discrimination between the direct experience of the world using your senses and the indirect experience using your cognitive ability and mind. it also helps in sorting your behavior in two directions known as towards and away.  It helps in analyzing the mindful activities and accepting the situation in changing while being in it.
