What is an ABC Worksheet CBT?

The ABC Worksheet CBT is a basic technique of Cognitive behavioural therapy in which an interplay among your beliefs and emotions and aims at teaching you that you don’t have control over  a lot of situations in life but how you react to certain things and situations has a lot to do with how you perceive a situation. Just by changing your belief system you can change the perspective of the whole situation. The worksheet will help you to challenge irrational thoughts and cognitive distortions of a person.

ABC technique is designed to bring out faulty beliefs of a person which causes inappropriate behaviour and emotions to emerge.
