Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy is a type of Cognitive behavioral therapy that deals explicitly with emotional regulation. It focuses on challenging your irrational beliefs. We are what we believe; our perceptions and dealings are primarily based on our beliefs. The meaning we give to every situation dramatically depends upon our thoughts, positive or negative.
