Albert Elis was the founder of ABC model which is used in rational emotive Therapy, it focus on teaching you the connection between our beliefs and consequences, it is of the view that how we see a situation has to do a lot on our belief system, if we believe that something is negative then we will unconsciously turn the whole situation negative. The meaning we give to every situation dramatically depends upon our thoughts, positive or negative.
