What is the ABC model Pdf?

The ABC model is an essential technique of CBT. According to this technique, your beliefs about a specific event affect how you react to that event. This model can replace irrational thoughts and cognitive distortions of a person.

How will ABC model Pdf help?

When there is an event coming, our belief system regarding that event activates. The belief system defines our behavior towards that event. ABC technique is designed to bring out a person's faulty beliefs, which causes inappropriate behavior and emotions to emerge.
