What are the  5 Aspects: Paranoia (psychosis) Worksheet?

Paranoia involves intense anxious or fearful feelings and thoughts often related to persecution, threat, or conspiracy. Paranoia occurs in many mental disorders, but is most often present in psychotic disorders. Paranoia can itself be a problem or can be a symptom of any major disorders like depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. There are basically 3 types of paranoia, Paranoid Personality disorder, Delusional disorder and paranoid schizophrenia.

This worksheet will help you to know the different ways in which your paranoia affects you and the people around you. Paranoid thinking not only just affects you mentally but also affects you physically, you get to experience a number of physical symptoms like palpitations, sweating and trembling. After getting to know about paranoia and how it affects you.  You will be able to go for the treatment or a management plan based on the level of the severity. The earlier the diagnosis and acceptance is, the better chances of recovery are there.
